  • Immutable OCR snapshot — The original machine read stays stored so corrections remain explainable.
  • Your corrections win — Editable fields reflect what you treat as true for your administration.

What Receiptu is not​

  • Not tax advice — Rates, VAT treatment, and reverse-charge hints are aids. Final positions belong in your official books and VAT return, with your adviser.
  • Not a certified archive on its own — Use Receiptu alongside your retention and backup policies.

Product-specific notes​

  • Activity and processing records used internally should minimise personally identifiable information (PII) and follow least-data principles.
